2. Non-Refundable Situations

- Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
- Orders canceled after shipment has been initiated.

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
- The product is returned with missing components or accessories.
- The product shows signs of minor use but is still eligible for return.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, AquaCare Shop will cover the return shipping charges.
- For other eligible returns, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
7. Refund for Canceled Orders
- If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
- If the cancellation occurs after shipment, the refund will be processed only after the product is returned to our warehouse.
