  • Delivery to remote or inaccessible areas may be subject to additional time or charges, depending on courier partner availability.
2. Delivery Timeframes
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Standard Delivery:
    • Chennai Delivery: 24-48 hours.
    • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
  • Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed during the checkout process.
4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your order details.
  • After shipment, a tracking ID and link will be shared to help you monitor your order’s status.
  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website or app.
5. Delivery Process
  • Our delivery team will ensure your order reaches the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • The recipient may be required to present a valid ID and provide a signature upon delivery.
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt redelivery or coordinate pickup from the nearest service point.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
  • If you receive a damaged product or if any items are missing from your order, please report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Delayed Deliveries

9. Unsuccessful Deliveries
  • Orders may be marked as unsuccessful if:

  • In such cases, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Redelivery charges may apply.
